1. what first inspired you to become a drummer?
 
What Inspired me to become a drummer, wow that was so long ago... I guess is was always in me. I grew up in a very surfy skatey punk environment so i guess that had some effect. Travis Barker has always inspired me.

2. anything that you've learnt along the way that's really helped you as a drummer?

"Wisdom is someone that knows nothing" So no matter how good you get, there is still more to learn.

3. who have you and/or who are you playing with at the moment and what are the bands movements?

At the moment I am playing in quite a few different bands, the latest rock band "the contortionist Handbook" is similare to a band called the mars volta and i guess it is part of the sound art movement... Playing in a funk band called "a Hybrid affair" and thats cool. My other band "a Secret Affair" is a band consisting of a trumpet, sax, Guitar, Bass and drums, and we are a jazz band. Those are the main ones so far but there are others as well... All these bands play around town.

4. what gear are you using at present?

The gear I am using at the moment is Zildjian Cymbals, A tama Kit and Gibralter Hardware.

5. what would be your dream gig?

My Dream gig would be woodstock

6. favourite drummers and/or bands and why?

My Favourite Drummers are Travis Barker (Blink 182), Toni Williams, Elvin Jones, Billi Cobham, Jon Theodore (The Mars volta), Virgil Donati and many more.
